Children and Youth

Providing Christian formation for our children and youth is one of the primary calls of all parents. It is natural that this should occur in partnership with the Church. At North Point, we try to ensure our kids are nurtured in faith, grow in knowledge and experience of the bigness of God’s Kingdom, and are inspired and empowered to live as personal disciples of Jesus Christ. This ensures they live truly full and rich lives of joyful service.

Nursery and Little Lambs is held during the worship service for our youngest children, up to PreK. Children may be brought to nursery at the start of the service or can join any time during the service. The nursery provides a safe and friendly place to play and worship together with songs, Bible stories and activities.

Kids of the Kingdom is held during the worship service for children Kindergarden up to 5th grade as needed. The children are dismissed during the second part of the service for a time of music, story and activities, creating space for kids to wonder and interact with God’s story.

Middle and High School. We seek to involve our youth fully in the life of the church. The youth also meet on Sundays before church (10:15-11am) for small group mentoring, exploring faith in ways that are relevant and fun. Since they meet in the kitchen, they also eat great food together!

Please note, that everyone who works with children at North Point is CORI checked and we have a strict written safety policy designed to ensure child safety. Copies of this policy are available from any of the children’s ministry areas at North Point.
